The EP5 is a friendly but challenging 5-mile off road race through Eltham's amazing parks and woods. And for the younger athletes, the morning starts with a 1-mile fun run for kids and their adults.

£3 per child, £5 per adult (pay on the day)
The trail run is two laps of Eltham Park South and Oxleas Woods. The start of each lap is around half a mile of mown grass, and the remainder is woodland track and grass.
There will be a water station half way around, and the route is fully marshaled by NEJ volunteers.
